Safeguarding the well-being of our community is a priority, and we take proactive steps to protect participants from harm, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.

All instructors and staff working with minors are subject to appropriate screening and are expected to uphold professional standards of conduct and boundaries at all times. Clear codes of conduct are in place to promote respectful interactions and a positive studio culture.

UniverseSoul Dance takes all safeguarding concerns seriously. Any concerns related to student safety or well-being may be reported to the Studio Director and will be addressed promptly and confidentially. Where required, concerns will be escalated in accordance with legal obligations.

Photography and video recording may take place during classes, rehearsals, or performances for educational, promotional, or archival purposes. Consent for media use is obtained through our Participation Waiver. Families with questions or concerns regarding safeguarding or media use are encouraged to contact the studio directly.
