At UniverseSoul, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all dancers, families, and staff.

We ask all members of our community to support the following standards:

WHAT THIS IS

  • Treat all dancers, families, and staff with kindness and respect

  • Celebrate diversity and create an environment where everyone feels welcome

  • Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times

RESPECT AND INCLUSION

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HARMFUL BEHAVIOUR

The following behaviours are not permitted:

  • Bullying, intimidation, or exclusion

  • Disrespectful or aggressive communication

  • Harassment of any kind (verbal, physical, or online)

  • Disruptive behaviour that impacts classes or other dancers

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Follow all studio policies and staff direction

  • Respect studio spaces (including restricted areas such as offices)

  • Be mindful of others using the space before and after your scheduled time

COMMUNICATION AND CONCERNS

We encourage open communication. If you have a concern or experience something that doesn’t feel right:

  • Speak with a staff member or director

  • Submit a Questions, Comments & Concerns form

All concerns are taken seriously and handled with care.

  • Staff maintain professional boundaries at all times

  • Any inappropriate behaviour toward students, staff, or families will be addressed immediately
